Digital products only

Products sold by One Clever Thing are digital products unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise.

Digital products may include e-books, PDF guides, printables, templates, worksheets, checklists, image files, ZIP archives and other downloadable or online resources.

No physical product will be delivered or shipped. You will not receive a parcel, printed book or other physical item merely because a digital product contains printable material.

When your product will be delivered

Digital access is normally provided within a few minutes after your payment has been successfully authorized and your order has been confirmed.

In most cases, delivery will occur through one or more of the following:

• A download link on the order confirmation page
• An email containing a download or access link
• Instructions for accessing the purchased digital content
• A customer account or secure online access area, if applicable

Automated delivery may occasionally be delayed by payment verification, security review, incorrect customer information, technical issues or email-provider delays.

Delivery email

Delivery information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate email address.

If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes:

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders
• Search your inbox for “One Clever Thing”
• Confirm that your payment was successfully completed
• Check whether the correct email address was used

Adding info@onecleverthing.com to your safe-sender list may help prevent future messages from being filtered.

Incorrect email addresses

If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, contact us as soon as possible at info@onecleverthing.com .

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number, if available
• The incorrect email address used
• The correct email address
• Any other information reasonably needed to verify the order

For security reasons, we may require evidence that you are the purchaser before changing order information or resending access.

Payment verification and security reviews

Access may be temporarily delayed while a payment is pending or an order is undergoing verification.

We reserve the right to delay, suspend or refuse delivery where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, misuse, a pricing error or another security issue.

If further information is required to verify your order, we may contact you using the details provided during checkout.

Downloading and saving your files

You should download your purchased files promptly after receiving access and store a secure personal backup.

Download links may be subject to security restrictions, expiration periods or a maximum number of download attempts. These measures are intended to prevent unauthorized sharing and distribution.

We do not guarantee that a download link will remain active indefinitely unless lifetime access is expressly included on the relevant product page.

Technical requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are capable of downloading, opening and using the relevant file format.

Depending on the product, you may require:

• A stable internet connection
• A current web browser
• Software capable of opening PDF files
• Software capable of extracting ZIP archives
• A compatible device, application or operating system

Any specific technical requirement known to us will normally be disclosed on the relevant product page.

Problems with a file or download link

If a download link is not working, first try:

• Using a desktop or laptop instead of a mobile device
• Checking your internet connection
• Disabling browser extensions that may block downloads
• Clearing your browser cache or using a private window

If the issue continues, contact us and include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a screenshot or description of the problem.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect files

If a delivered file is corrupted, incomplete or materially different from the product purchased, notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

After verifying the issue, we may provide a corrected file, replacement access, technical assistance or another remedy required under the applicable policy or law.

Product updates

Purchasing a digital product does not automatically guarantee access to all future editions, expansions, updates or separately released versions.

Where updates or continued access are included, this will be stated on the product page or communicated directly to eligible customers.

Personal access and prohibited sharing

Digital delivery is provided to the individual purchaser for the uses permitted by the applicable product license.

Download links and files may not be shared, forwarded, published, uploaded, resold or distributed to others unless the product page expressly grants such permission.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe that a download link or product is being used or distributed without authorization.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Delivery Policy excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Digital Product Delivery Policy to reflect changes to our products, delivery systems, business practices or applicable requirements.
